Third-Party Contractors:

At Little Meadows, we understand the importance of safeguarding your child’s personally identifiable information (PII). To enhance our educational services, we may collaborate with trusted third-party contractors who adhere to the same stringent data privacy and security standards we uphold. These contractors are required to implement advanced technology, safeguards, and practices in line with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework. When data is shared with these contractors, it is done so with utmost care and only for essential educational purposes. Our commitment to protecting your child’s data remains unwavering, and we take every precaution to ensure that your family’s privacy is well-preserved throughout the educational journey at Little Meadows.

FERPA Annual Notification:

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) gives parents and students aged 18 and older rights over student education records. Please click the link to download our annual FERPA Notification, as required by 20 USC § 1232g(e) and 34 CFR § 99.7.

If you wish to refuse (opt-out) any or all types of directory information, per regulation 20 USC 1232g(a)(5)(A) and (B) and 34 CFR § 99.37., please fill out the FERPA parental opt-out form and email a copy to Jennifer Ramalhete ([email protected]) or mail to:

All employees with access to data records are required to take an annual Cyber Security Training from our IT company, Connected Technology.
